About Tarbert

Tarbert ferry port, on the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides, connects you with Uig in Isle of Skye with up to 11 ferry crossings per week with a journey time of approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. Tarbert (not to be confused with Tarbert Loch Fyne on the Kintrye peninsula) is located in a valley on the Isle of Harris, with a dramatic backdrop of mountains.

During the summer, the terminal is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 06:00 to 18:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 09:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 14.30to 16.30.
