About Lochboisdale

Lochboisdale is the main town in South Uist, Outer Hebrides, built on a headland. The town boasts a new marina and a Post Office with a coffee shop, while the Loichboisdale Hotel, dating from the 1880s, offers a bar and à la carte menu.

During the summer, the terminal is open Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 06:00 to 15:00 and Sunday from 06:00 to 13:00.
